(Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 17.08.2017 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10703 of 2017 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
