[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to remove the illegal encroachments made by the respondents 4 and 5 in a road passing through the Survey No.1664 of Ayyalur village, Dindigul District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.12.2019.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the encroachments made

by the respondents 4 and 5 have been removed and hence, nothing survives in this writ petition.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
