Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.M.P.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners 1 and 2 are hospitalised, they could not produce the sureties in time.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on the said submission.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this

petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended for a further period of ten days i.e., on or before 28.01.2018.
