W.P.(MD).No.8904 of 2012 2.The first respondent who is a Commissioner of Madurai Municipal Corporation filed a counter that pending the Writ Petition, water and drainage facilities have already been provided to the writ petitioner.

3.The same is recorded and nothing remains to be adjudicated in the Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
