Respondent/Petitioner Prayer:- Civil Miscellaneous Appeal filed under Section 19 of Family Court Act, 1984, to set aside the Fair and Decreetal order of the Family Court, Madurai, dated 19.09.2020 made in H.M.O.P.No.893 of 2016.

DECREE:- This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal having come up for final hearing on this day, upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal, the order of the Trial Court and the material papers to the Appeal and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.R. SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.A.SIVASUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the Respondent, the Appellant and the Respondent having settled their differences and entered into a compromise between themselves and having filed the memo of compromise duly signed by both the parties dated 18/04/2022 and the records relating to the case and the memo of compromise, this court while dismissing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal by recording the said memo of compromise and the original which is annexed herewith, this Court doth order and decree as follows:-

(1) that, both the parties have resolved their disputes and arrived at compromise;

(2) that, both the parties hereby mutually agree to dissolve the marriage solemnized between them on 29.11.2013 at Madurai; (3) that, the Respondent herein, be and hereby agreed to pay permanent alimony (One Time Settlement) to the tune of Rs.17,25,000/- (Rupees Seventeen Lakh Twenty Five Thousand only) by way of Demand Draft No.642317 dated 31.03.2022 for Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh only) and Demand Draft No.642327 dated 31.03.2022 for Rs.7,25,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakh and Twenty Five Thousand only) drawn at HDFC Bank Ltd., Fort, Mumbai Branch;

(4) that, the Appellant herein, be and hereby voluntarily accepts that, she is not claiming any right of maintenance or permanent alimony from the Respondent in future; https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

(5) that, both the parties hereby agree that either of them is not holding any of the properties of the other;

(6) that, both the parties hereby withdraw all the allegations made in the Original Petition and Counter and Grounds of Appeal;

(7) that, both the parties are at liberty to lead their life according to their wishes and
