Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.PRASANTH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22874 of 2019, dated 04.01.2019. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that that the petitioner is complying https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ with the condition regularly.
