PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner and her property on the basis of the representation given by her dated 30.03.2014. O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the the respondents to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner and her property on the basis of the representation given by her dated 30.03.2014.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side)appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite an order of injunction, persons are interfering with the possession of the property. During the course of arguments, he has also relied on the judgment reported in 2014-1-LW(Crl.) 726 (1. Radhika Sri Hari and another Vs. 4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

5. As the right of the petitioner stands affirmed by an order of Subordinate Judge, Thanjavur passed in C.M.A.No.3 of 2011 dated 16.10.2012, there shall a direction to the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner, at her own cost, on such dates required by the petitioner. In any event, the direction shall not be provided beyond a period of two months, from today. If necessary, the petitioner subsequently may move further petition.
