Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.R.DURAI RAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9177 of 2017, dated 19.07.2017, for executing sureties.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was working at Tirupur and due to poverty, he could not produce the sureties in time.
3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on the said submission.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended for a further period of ten days i.e., on or before 28.01.2018.
