ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) On the grievance of the petitioner that the complaint made by him will have to be looked into and appropriate action to be taken within a reasonable time, the learned counsel for the State Human Rights Commission submitted that the complaint has been taken up on file having numbered as 3505/2020, a report from the concerned Superintendent of Police has been obtained and the hearing is fixed today ie., 25.01.2021.
2.In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition and the writ petition stands closed. We only hope that the Hon'ble Commission will take appropriate final decision at the earliest point of time. No costs.
