The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to issue the missing certificate of the original sale deed, dated 10.01.1966 in document No. 10 of 1966 based on the complaint given by the petitioner in CSR No. 119 of 2019, dated 16.05.2019 in accordance with law.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents would submit that the petitioner had sent a complaint through online, thereafter, the petitioner was directed to come for enquiry along with necessary documents, paper publication and the xerox copies of the documents connected with the property. Since the petitioner did not appear before the respondents the petition was closed. He would further submit that if the petitioner gives a fresh application, an enquiry will be conducted in compliance with the new procedure and orders https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 925 of 2020 will be passed in accordance with law. The statement is recorded.
