Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents herein to pay pension taking into account the service of the Petitioner with effect from the date of original appointment in the 2nd Respondent corporation i.e. 01.02.1981 on the basis of Petitioner representation dated 27.8.2018 consequently the Respondents to give all other monitory benefits to the Petitioners forthwith.
