Mrs.J.Padmavathy Devi, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

W.P.(MD).No.1041 of 2020 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 20.06.2019, within the time stipulated by this Court. 4.Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought for before this Court, by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction.

(i)The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 20.06.2019 and either take appropriate action against the respondents 3 and 4 or pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
