respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 85 and 318(4) of BNS, 2023 (Corresponding Sections 498(A) and 420 of IPC) in Crime No.31 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.31 of 2025 and thereafter, the same was transferred to the AWPS- Umachikulam Police Station and therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition if any case registered by the AWPS- Umachikulam Police Station.

3.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
