This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the respondents to give adequate police protection to petitioners' life and limb to reside in the schedule property peacefully based on the representation dated 30.06.2014. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents and the learned counsel for the intervenor.

3.Considering the rival submissions, this Court would direct the respondents to afford police protection to the petitioners for a period of one week at petitioners' costs. The undertaking of the petitioners that one room in the premises under the lock and key of the Intervenor will not be in any manner dealt with by them is recorded. The present order is not to be read as determinate of rights of parties to the property.
