O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking to call for the entire records relating to the impugned Notice issued by the 1st respondent in R.C.NO.209/2015/A1 dated 20/01/2015 and quash the same as illegal. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. has already been closed against the petitioners.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
