Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to the life and liberty of the petitioner and for putting up a fence in the petitioner's land in S.Nos.500/9 and 501/8 at Parthibanur, Ramanathapuram District on the basis of the petitioner's representations dated 22.06.2015. ORDER

The petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to the life and liberty of the petitioner and for putting up a fence in the petitioner's land in S.Nos.500/9 and 501/8 at Parthibanur, Ramanathapuram District on the basis of the petitioner's representations dated 22.06.2015.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the respondents police have not received any complaint from the petitioner.

3. Though the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) submitted that the respondents police have not received any complaint, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the second respondent along with the copy of the complaint, on 27.07.2015. After receiving the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry and to take appropriate action, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
