2. Wife seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No299 of 2019 on the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai to the Family Court at Madurai.

3. Transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience. It is claimed that though the wife was a resident of Sivagangai, she is now residing at Madurai and working at a private hospital. It is also stated that she is to take care of 1 1⁄2 years old child.

4. Considering the reasons assigned, H.M.O.P.No.299 of 2019 is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, at Madurai to dispose of in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
