ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to take suitable legal action as against the private respondents 6 to 15 for their illegal implementation of excommunication.

2. According to the petitioner, the private respondents 6 to 15 have illegally excommunicated the writ petitioner. The petitioner has sent a representation, dated 25.10.2013 to the official respondents in this regard.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents, on written instructions, would submit that as on today, there is no law and order problem and the issue of excommunication has already been resolved and the people in the said locality are living amicably. 4.The said fact is recorded and the Writ Petition is closed.
