ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The learned Government Advocate states that the vehicle has already been produced before the jurisdictional Court and that RPR number has been assigned.

3.Therefore, it is for the petitioner to move the jurisdictional Court for release of the vehicle. As and when the petition is filed by the petitioner, the same will be disposed of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.1164 of 2021 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of ten days thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

4.With this direction to the Court below, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
