ORDER
The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.19 of 2018. 2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and would submit that the investigation in Crime No.19 of 2018 of Appanthirupathy police station is almost completed and sought two months time to file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report/referred charge sheet as the case may be in Crime No.19 of 2018 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.
