ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ottapidaram to dispose the petition in Cr.MP.No.384 of 2025 within a specified time.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petition filed under Section 175(3) of BNSS is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ottapidaram for the past two years and no order has been passed. Therefore, the petitioner seeks for expeditious disposal of the said case.

3. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the nature of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ottapidaram is directed to dispose of the case in Cr.MP.No. 2/4

384 of 2025 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
