ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed forbearing the second and third respondents from interfering that the civil dispute of the petitioner with the fourth respondent.

2. On instructions, the learned Counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent has been settled and the complaint of the fourth respondent had already been closed.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that there was no interference from their side at any point of time. The same is recorded. No further orders are required in the above said writ petition.

4. The writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 04.08.2022 Index :
