This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.05.2015 in C.S.R.No.158 of 2015.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 08.05.2015, a case has been registered and this petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
