The order of suspension dated 06.03.2012 is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2.During the pendency of the writ petition, the impugned order of suspension was revoked pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court in proceedings dated 17.07.2012. The writ petitioner was reinstated into service pending disciplinary proceedings and he is now continuing in service.

3.Thus, the writ petitioner need not be placed under suspension again. However, the respondents are bound to continue the departmental disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner and conclude the same and pass final orders as expeditiously as possible.
