Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Ref.Sa.Thu:Sal:6404/13, dated 23.10.2013 and 04.11.2013 and quash the same and consequently forbear the respondents from making recovery of Rs.18,977.55 from the terminal benefits payable to the petitioner.

W.P.(MD).No.18708 of 2013 disputed amount has been already settled, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
