Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.
2. No further orders are required in the Writ Petition since it is claimed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on the basis of a representation dated 18.07.2020, the first respondent had directed the second respondent to remove a particular entry in the Encumbrance Certificate. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that it had been represented in the previous hearing date that such an entry had already been removed. If that be so, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. Let the petitioner verify this fact and if required, take appropriate steps. Keeping the Writ Petition still on the file of this Court would be of no effective use either to the petitioner or to the respondents.
4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to take necessary steps in manner known to law, if required. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
