The petitioner is an establishment covered by the EPF Act 1952. What is under challenge is an order passed under Section 7Q of the Act.

2. As rightly pointed out by the learned Standing Counsel such challenge is not maintainable. Levy of interest is a matter of course. Hence, finding no merits, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
