ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.07.2015 and 06.07.2015 so as to restrain the second and third respondents from harassing the petitioner and his wife namely Vasantha Gokilam.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that the petitioner is not harassed and only called for enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by one Ramakrishnan.

4. In view of the above, the concerned respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondents are also directed not to harass the petitioner.
