PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the change of investigation in Crime No.1039/2019 dated 22.12.2019 on the file of the 3rd respondent to some other fair and unpartial investigation agency. This petition is filed to direct the change of investigation in Crime No.1039/2019 dated 22.12.2019 on the file of the 3rd respondent to some other fair and unpartial investigation agency for the above said reasons in accordance with law.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) would submit that based on a complaint given by the petitioner a case has been registered in Crime No. 1039 of 2019 on 22.12.2019 only for the offences under Sections 294(b), 506(1), 420 and 34 of IPC. She would further submit that the respondents are conducting enquiry in a very fair manner without any favourism or prejudice. She would further submit that the respondents shall conduct investigation and file final report and the enquiry shall be monitored by the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the third respondent is directed to conduct investigation and file final report and the same shall be monitored by the second respondent.
