This petition has been filed to withdraw the Petition HMOP NO. 1457 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai and transfer to the Subordinate Court, Manaparai, Trichy District. 1/4

2.The facts in brief:

The marriage was solemnized between the parties on 27.11.2020. At the time of marriage, the petitioner's parents gave 15 sovereigns of gold jewels and Hero Honda Splendor of two wheeler and other articles and also Rs.1,00,000/- as dowry. Thereafter, the respondent is having some illegal intimacy with another girl. When questioning the same, there was quarrel between them. Due to which the respondent filed the above said HMOP proceedings. The petitioner is facing difficulties to attend the above said proceedings. Hence, seeking transfer of the same this petition has been filed.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Even though the respondent was served with notice, none appears on behalf of him. His name was also printed in the cause list.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the convenience of the wife, the H.M.O.P.No.1457 of 2023 filed by the respondent on the file of the Family Court, Madurai, is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the Subordinate Court, 2/4

Manapparai, Trichy District.

5.Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 28.03.2024 NCC :
