RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.OP(MD)No.603 of 2019 dated 30.01.2019 for appearance before the Learned IV Additional Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.G.KALIDOSS, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P(MD).No.603 of 2019 dated 30.01.2019 for surrender before the learned IV Additional Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit as per the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.603 of 2019 dated 30.01.2019, the petitioner was directed to surrender before the Trial Court on next hearing date and to file a recall warrant petition. But, on particular hearing date, the petitioner was not able to surrender before the Trial Court due to his severe ill-health. 3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 30.01.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.603 of 2019 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
