ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the Special Deputy Collector (Stamp), demanding deficit stamp duty from writ petitioner for a sale deed presented by him for registration. According to the writ petitioner, the said amount has already been paid and the documents has also been returned by the respondents and hence nothing survives in the present writ petition.

2. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
