To extend the time in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 16591 of 2017 dated 04.01.2018 to the petitioner for surrender before the concern Court. Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.MARIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Mr.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- These Petition have been filed to amend the satisfaction portion and extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16591 of 2017, dated 04.01.2018.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to the typographical error, the satisfaction Court wrongly stated as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai instead of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul. Hence, he prays to amend the satisfaction Court as Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul instead of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai and extend the time for surrender before the concerned Court.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these petitions are ordered and the time for surrender before the concerned Court is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
