Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.D.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute the sureties in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3827 of 2019, dated 13.03.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Government Advocate for the respondent.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioners before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
