RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on him by this Honourable Court vide order in Crl.M.P.(MD)No. 10482 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 14181 of 2017 dated 20.11.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10482 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14181 of 2017, dated 20.11.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) submitted that the investigation is still pending and that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 27.11.2017 to till date. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) that the petitioner is complying the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

condition from 27.11.2017 to till date, even though the charge sheet is not yet filed. The condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 20.11.2017 made in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10482 of 2017 in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.14181 of 2017 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District, monthly once, i.e., the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.00 a.m. till the filed charge sheet.
