ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in HMOP.No.292 of 2018 on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul and to transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Periyakulam or Family Court, Theni.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, the said HMOP may be transferred to the file of the Family Court, Theni.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the convenience of petitioner / wife, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Transfer CMP is allowed and the HMOP.No.292 of 2018 pending on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Theni. The Family Court, Dindigul is directed to transmit the papers to the

transferee Court forthwith. The Family Court, Theni is directed to dispose the above said HMOP, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of the records. No costs.
