2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that even though the order copy dispatched on 17.01.2018, due to the poverty, the petitioners could not able to deposit the amount and furnish the sureties within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays to extend the time.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side). 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that since the petitioners could not able to deposit the amount and furnish the sureties within the stipulated time, this petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
