ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to secure the wife of the petitioner namely Ramya Devi, aged about 28 years, on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the detenue was secured and now, she is living with her parents. Hence, the complaint lodged by the petitioner has been closed as 'action dropped' in Crime No.264 of 2019.
3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
