To set aside the judgement made in M.C.No.3 of 2014 on the file of the Family Court (District Judge), Thiruchirapalli and set aside the same.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.RAJKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This is an application for condonation of delay.

Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the delay of 172 days in re-presenting Crl.R.C.(MD)SR.No.643 of 2018 is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) with Gandhi Museum, Madurai, within a period of one week from today and produce a receipt before the Registry. On production of receipt, the Registry is directed to number the revision, if the same is otherwise in order.
