O R D E R

This petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.2 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul as against the petitioners.

2.Perusal of the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners would show that there are no merits in the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners to quash the criminal proceedings against them. Further, perusal of the charge sheet would show that there are specific allegations as against the petitioners. The grounds raised in the petition have to be gone into in a full fledged trial. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings and the criminal original petition is liable to be dismissed.

3.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Considering the fact that the case is of the year 2014, the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul is directed to dispose the case within a period of six moths from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, the presence of the petitioners shall be dispensed with before the Court below. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
