O R D E R

The first respondent was directed to pay the compensation amount to the petitioner as well as to the second respondent, who has been newly impleaded in the contempt proceedings. The matter is now pending before the learned Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli, in M.O.P.No.29 of 2024. Therefore, the petitioner and the second respondent are directed to file a petition forthwith before the learned Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli. On such filing, the learned Principal District Judge shall consider the same and disburse the amount within a period of one week.

2. The first respondent is not having any objection for disbursing the amount. The said statement is recorded.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he seeks enhancement of compensation, which is a separate cause of action and cannot be dealt with in the contempt petition.
