RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend 15 days time for depositing a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- before the Learned Additional Mahila Court, Madurai in the credit of the Cr.No.46/2018 as per the order dated 15.03.2019 made in Crl.OP(MD) No.2841 of 2019 in connection with the Cr.No.46/2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Thallakulam, Madurai City.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.MANIKANDAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend 15 days time for depositing a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Madurai in the credit of the Crime No.46 of 2018 as per the order dated 15.03.2019 made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2841 of 2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were not able to secure the deposit amount of Rs.1,00,000/- before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Madurai within the time stipulated as per the order dated 15.03.2019 made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2841 of 2019. Hence, he seeks time to deposit above said amount.

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 15.03.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2841 of 2019 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
