ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the first respondent herein, under which the application of the writ petitioner was rejected for grant of LPG https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD).No.9394 of 2012 dealership on the ground that he is not the resident of the advertised location and he is not having the godown with required dimension as per the advertisement.
2. A perusal of the typed set of papers shows that the petitioner has obtained residential certificate from the Tahsildar only one week after the impugned order. Further some documents have been enclosed in typed set of papers to indicate that he is having some building within the advertised area. It is not known whether these documents were placed before the authorities before passing the impugned order. That apart, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent points out that the LPG dealership has been awarded to the third respondent way back in the year 2012 and since there was no order of interim stay, the third respondent is operating as a LPG dealer for the past 10 years. In view of the above said facts, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.
