Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.MARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the order of this Court imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21243 of 2019 dated 14.03.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to his father's dead, the petitioner could not able to arrange surety within the time stipulated as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD).No.21243 of 2019 dated 14.03.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 14.03.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21243 of 2019 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
