Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SRINIVASARAGAVAN K, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.21074 of 2022, dated 29.11.2022. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

CRL MP(MD) No.801 of 2023 respondent police on the first Saturday of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders.
