in the civil dispute pending in O.S.No.23 of 2009 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court at Kumbakonam, in respect of R.S.No.350/3 (Old) equivalent to R.S.No.350/4 (New) measuring an extent of 0.94 cents situated at Kottaiyur Village, Kumbakonam Taluk, Thanjavur District.

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus restraining the revenue authorities from changing the patta in the name of the respondents No.6 to16 until a finality is being reached in O.S.NO.23 of 2009. In view of the discussion in W.P.(MD)No.546 of 2012, any mutation in the revenue records pending O.S.No.23 of 2009 will always be subject to the result of the suit and the purchaser or the persons in whose name the patta has been mutated would not get any right which would be in violation of the decree to be passed in O.S.No.23 of 2009. In view of the above said discussions, no further orders are required in W.P.(MD)No.9463 of 2012.

2. With the above said observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
