The wife seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No.406 of 2020 pending on the file of Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, to the Family Court, Tirunelveli.

2. The transfer is sought for solely on the ground of inconvenience, since the wife is the resident of Tirunelveli.

3. The husband, despite service, is not appearing either in person or through a counsel duly instructed.

4. Considering the convenience of wife and also considering the distance between Tiruneveli and Trichy, H.M.O.P.No.406 of 2020 is withdrawn from the file of Family Court, Tiruchirappalli and transferred to the Family Court, Tirunelveli, to be disposed of in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
