Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.I.ABRAR MOHAMED ABDULLAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6442 of 2018 on 27.04.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are aged persons and they have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6442 of 2018 on 27.04.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that some of the accused are yet to be apprehended and the stolen idol is not yet recovered.
