PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the first respondent, dated 11.06.2012 in 1305/COE/C20/2010 and quash the same and directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to allow the petitioner to appear for final semester examination in the current academic year along with the fourth semester students of M.E., (Communication Systems) studying in third respondent college.

ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the order passed by the first respondent herein on 11.06.2012, under which, the writ petitioner was not permitted to pursue her Post Graduate programme as a full time student. However, due to the interim orders passed by the Court, the petitioner has already appeared in all the examinations. However, the results were withheld. The learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent herein has submitted that the petitioner's candidature as an M.E., student has been regularised by the Anna University and her 2/5
mark statements have also been released. The final mark statement relating to project work has been transmitted to the concerned College. He further submits that the petitioner could collect the mark statement from the third respondent College.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that she is yet to receive the mark statement for the third semester and the final semester. However, the learned Counsel for the first respondent submits that they have been transmitted to the third respondent College and she could collect the same from the third respondent College. Thereafter, it is for the petitioner to apply for the convocation through the third respondent College on payment of necessary charges.
3. With the above said observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed.
