RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.8655/2018 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.16683/2018 dated 29/10/2018 (in crime No.37/2018) on the file of this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.JOHN XAVIER, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.16683 of 2018 dated 29.10.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.16683 of 2018 dated 29.10.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.16683 of 2018 dated 29.10.2018 is modified to the effect that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
